• Coordinate production planning, scheduling, and line readiness across manufacturing sites.
• Support production ramp by aligning materials, equipment, and processes to meet demand targets.
• Oversee product quality at all stages, including incoming inspection, in-process controls, and final output.
• Drive issue resolution through structured problem-solving methodologies and corrective actions.
• Track and improve key production metrics such as yield, efficiency, scrap, and unit cost.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance manufacturability and test processes.
• Work closely with external partners to manage supplier performance, audits, and component readiness.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, control strategies, and production readiness plans.
• Identify potential risks in manufacturing and supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and operational performance.
• Support ongoing initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

• Experience supporting production ramp and scaling manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with quality frameworks and tools such as CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and related systems.
• Experience working with external manufacturers and global supply partners.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in production environments.

Pluses:
