We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Sourcer to support a large-scale, decentralized recruiting operation. This role focuses heavily on driving applicant flow through proactive sourcing efforts, primarily via Indeed, and supporting requisition health across multiple branch locations. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where success is measured by outreach activity, pipeline generation, and speed.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Sourcing (Primary Focus)
- Proactively source candidates on Indeed for roles such as:
- CDL Drivers
- Yard Workers
- Other building supply branch-level positions
- Drive applicant flow to requisitions with low or no activity
- Conduct outreach campaigns to generate interest and applications
- Focus on getting candidates in front of branch managers (not full-cycle recruiting/interviewing)
- Requisition & Pipeline Support
- Partner with recruiters managing high req loads (up to ~400 requisitions per recruiter)
- Identify and prioritize requisitions lacking candidate flow
- Help ensure requisitions are active, accurate, and positioned to attract candidates
- Process & Bottleneck Identification (Secondary Focus)
- Assist in identifying delays in:
- Background checks
- Requisition approvals/openings
- Candidate movement through the pipeline
- Provide transactional support to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume sourcing or recruiting support
- Strong familiarity with Indeed sourcing tools
- Ability to manage and prioritize across a large number of requisitions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Experience supporting light industrial, logistics, or driver (CDL) hiring is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Experience in decentralized or branch-based hiring models is a plus
Estimated Min Rate: $14.00
Estimated Max Rate: $20.00
