Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
- Excellent interviewing and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
- Attention to detail, organization, and results orientation
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional certifications in recruiting or human resources
- Experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of demonstrated success in technical recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Comfort with staying current on industry trends and market conditions
- Potential for occasional travel, depending on hiring needs
