What You’ll Do:
- Support all phases of testing, from planning to implementation, ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for web applications, REST APIs, and Workday integrations.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, track defects, and validate production releases.
- Lead technical and functional analysis for multiple projects, supporting various corporate initiatives.
- Drive quality assurance processes, including user acceptance testing, documentation, and post-installation support.
- 4-6+ years of QA experience supporting complex technology solutions.
- Strong proficiency in requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in enterprise platforms, including Workday integrations, AWS, and payroll/benefits systems.
- Experience with automation testing, writing test cases for both positive and negative scenarios.
- Skilled in using testing tools, including automation frameworks related to Workday AI or other testing automation platforms.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile team facilitation.
- Familiarity with defect triage, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Workday API testing and automation tools.
- Background in API testing, RESTful services, or SaaS/cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in QA, preferably with a focus on Workday integrations or similar enterprise platforms.
