Responsibilities
- Performs QA review and approval of equipment onboarding and qualification records (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, maintenance).
- Supports deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, and cross functional root cause analyses.
- Provides on the floor QA support during GMP manufacturing operations and real time issue escalation.
- Complete Batch Record Reviews and Batch Releases.
- Reviews and approves GMP documents (e.g., master and executed batch records, SOPs) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Collaborates with Manufacturing, QC, Analytical Development, and Engineering to support compliant and efficient GMP operations.
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biologic, Biotechnology, or Medical Device space.
- Has performed QA review and approval of equipment onboarding and qualification records (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, maintenance).
- Prior work in supporting deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, and cross functional root cause analyses.
- Experience in Batch Record Reviews and Batch Release.
- Relevant experience as in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Quality Compliance, Quality Control, GMP manufacturing and Validation.
