We are seeking a proactive Program Manager to support Hardware and Electrical Engineering teams through the execution of PCBA builds, assembly coordination, and supplier management activities. This role serves as a bridge between engineering and hardware operations, helping drive schedules, reduce delays, and support critical development milestones.
Scope:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for fabrication, SMT, and rework vendors, maintaining regular communication on build status and schedules.
• Coordinate and track PCB rework activities to support rapid hardware modifications and engineering updates.
• Support procurement workflows by initiating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) tied to manufacturing activities.
• Manage logistics and material handling activities, including component allocation, shipping, and inventory coordination with external partners.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to resolve supplier issues, manage risks, and maintain program timelines.
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in program management, hardware operations, supply chain, or component sourcing environments supporting engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Familiarity with PCB/PCBA development flows, including fabrication, assembly, and rework processes.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite and support hands-on hardware and lab operations.
Estimated Min Rate: $40.00
Estimated Max Rate: $50.00+/hr Depends on work experience
