Required Skills:
- 8+ years of professional UX or related design experience
- Strong background in asset management or financial applications
- Proven ability to design for high-data-density environments, specifically in finance
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Experience working within agile teams and utilizing research to inform design decisions
- Programming knowledge in CSS, HTML, Angular, Typescript
- Experience contributing to or influencing a design system
- A digital portfolio showcasing relevant financial UX work
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance design processes
- Degree in Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors, or a related field
- Extensive experience designing data-rich financial dashboards and interfaces
- Prior experience with design systems and responsive frontend design
