W2 Only What You'll Do:
- Develop and publish customized, interactive Power BI reports that provide valuable insights into portfolio management data sourced from Snowflake.
- Design, test, and support data warehouse models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data visualization.
- Collaborate closely with business, technology, and enterprise partners to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and enhance reporting solutions.
- Guide and mentor team members in Power BI adoption and best practices.
- Assist in the ongoing implementation, maintenance, and standardization of Agile tools, including Jira and Jira Align.
- Extensive experience with Power BI, including building and publishing sophisticated reports.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Strong SQL skills with experience working in Snowflake, Oracle, or similar databases.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Align or other Agile project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively.
- Experience with Power Applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools in a corporate setting.
- Previous work with SmartintakeForm or similar ticketing/issue management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles.
- Prior experience working within financial services or a highly regulated environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with onsite presence required every other week.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong collaboration skills to build relationships across teams.
