We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support platform testing, integration, and validation activities across complex hardware and systems programs. This role focuses on driving execution for testing and systems engineering teams by managing schedules, tracking progress, coordinating signoffs, and maintaining alignment across cross-functional groups. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically oriented, and experienced managing fast-moving engineering programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Scope:
Program & Tracking Management:
• Maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and milestone reporting to provide visibility into testing progress and program health.
• Update burndown metrics and support prioritization of testing activities and issue resolution.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts related to system configurations or testing changes.
• Support leadership with timeline estimates and program status updates.
Configuration & Sign-Off Coordination:
• Track system configurations and maintain related tracking documentation.
• Drive milestone sign-off activities and help close open issues before they impact schedules.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Coordinate recurring testing and program meetings, including agendas, priorities, and follow-up actions.
• Align priorities across testing, systems engineering, implementation, and remote support teams.
• Help unblock engineering teams by driving operational and program management activities.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience supporting engineering or testing programs.
• Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience managing technical schedules, dashboards, burndown tracking, and status reporting.
• Familiarity with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pluses:
• Experience supporting automotive, hardware, or systems testing environments.
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills using tools such as Python, Tableau, or Jira dashboards.
• Experience analyzing technical data and generating actionable reports.
• Ability to independently support technical teams and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
