- 3–5+ years of experience in payroll administration; payroll tax and/or financial reporting experience strongly preferred

What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing U.S. payroll tax reporting, filings, reconciliations, and funding approvals
- Overseeing quarterly and year-end tax processes, including W-2/W-2c and amended returns
- Ensuring accurate employee tax setup across systems (SAP, ADP GlobalView, UKG Pro)
- Supporting payroll tax audits and regulatory requests for the U.S. and Puerto Rico
- Monitoring tax law changes and ensuring timely system updates and compliance
- Providing payroll tax guidance to internal teams and vendors
- Assisting with special tax matters such as relocations, expatriates, mergers, and acquisitions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or advanced degree a plus)
- 3–5+ years of experience in payroll administration; payroll tax and/or financial reporting experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of U.S. payroll tax regulations and end-to-end payroll processes
- Experience supporting audits, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting (SEC exposure a plus)
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to work with employees at all levels
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fast?paced environment
- Experience partnering with vendors and cross?functional teams
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as Workday, SAP Payroll, ADP GlobalView, and/or UKG Pro
