Job Details:
Duration : 6 months contract W2-potential extension
Pay Rate: $25-$30 hourly W2
Hybrid 3x a week onsite in NY
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in procurement operations, procure-to-pay execution, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar P2P platforms
- Proficiency in purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and invoice processing
- Knowledge of GL accounts, cost centers, project codes, and payment terms
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize amidst a high request volume
- Experience with procurement intake or vendor assessment tools
- Direct Coupa experience including invoice exception handling and supplier portal support
- Background working with FP&A on month-end accruals and prepaid transactions
- Procurement experience in media, tech, or entertainment sectors
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1–2+ years of hands-on procurement or finance experience, ideally within a global or multi-entity environment
