Title: Network Administrator
Compensation:$50.00/hour (depending on experience level)

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across corporate offices and data center environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 networking technologies including VLANs, trunking, spanning tree, and port channels.
- Assist with administration of core, distribution, and access layer network architecture.
- Implement firewall updates, VPN configurations, NAT changes, and high-availability network support.
- Diagnose and resolve wired and wireless network connectivity issues in production environments.
- Support wireless networking infrastructure including SSID-to-VLAN mappings and performance troubleshooting.
- Execute network changes and upgrades in accordance with established change management processes.
- Monitor network health and proactively address performance or availability concerns.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and infrastructure documentation efforts.
- Collaborate with cloud, systems, and security teams to maintain secure and scalable enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
- Strong understanding of Layer 2 networking concepts including VLANs, trunking, STP, and link aggregation.
- Experience supporting data center networking infrastructure and enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise firewalls including policy updates, VPNs, NAT, and HA configurations.
- Experience troubleshooting both wired and wireless enterprise networks.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing concepts.
- Experience performing production network changes in live operational environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Frisco, TX.
- Experience with Juniper switching technologies.
- Familiarity with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet firewall platforms.
- Exposure to dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF or BGP.
- Experience with enterprise wireless platforms including Aruba, Cisco, or Mist.
- Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, PCNSE, NSE, or similar.
- Experience supporting secure, regulated, or mission-critical environments.
