The right candidate will be able to:
- Execute strategic projects
- Optimize CI/CD workflows
- Drive infrastructure modernization
- Play a critical role in maturing our automation ecosystem ( GitLab, Ansible Automation Platform, and Terraform Enterprise)
- Support the migration from legacy toolsets
- Ensure robust, scalable, and secure pipelines
- 5+ years of experience administering:
- JFrog Artifactory
- JFrog Xray
- Working knowledge of:
- JFrog Advanced Security
- JFrog Curation
- JFrog Runtime
- JFrog Distribution
- JFrog AppTrust
- Experience with:
- GitLab
- Terraform
- Ansible
- Ability to automate operational tasks and incident remediation
- Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD or migration-related incidents in a timely manner
- Understanding and working knowledge of containerization on:
- Kubernetes
- OpenShift
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as:
- AWS
- Azure
- IBM Cloud
- Working knowledge of various SDLC methodologies
- Understanding of branching strategies, including:
- GitFlow
- GitLab Flow
- Experience partnering with application teams to onboard them to GitLab workflows and best practices
- Experience with implementing policies and guardrails to ensure:
- Code quality
- Compliance
- Security posture
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of cross-team collaboration
- Ability to develop and maintain:
- Runbooks
- Wiki pages
- Pipeline templates
- Available for 24/7 on-call support
- JFrog Artifactory and Security certifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience with strong scripting/programming skills
- Recent hands-on experience administering JFrog platforms
- Prior software experience in:
- Build management
- Configuration management
- Quality testing
- Experience with SCM practices, including:
- Agile
- Continuous Integration (CI)
- Continuous Deployment (CD)
