Required Skills:
- Expert in core Java technologies and frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Strong proficiency with SQL databases and data management.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, especially SQS, SNS, and container services like EKS and Docker.
- Skilled in version control systems, preferably Git.
- Knowledge of asynchronous messaging using Kafka, SQS, or SNS.
- Familiarity with microservice architecture and twelve-factor app principles.
- Strong focus on building reliable, scalable, and secure software.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit and Spring Boot test frameworks.
- Proven record of deploying applications via CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Experience with algorithm design and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms or DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with financial or trading systems.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading small development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 6 to 9 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 working specifically on Java backend systems.
