This position operates on a rotating shift schedule, alternating between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, including weekdays and weekends. The role is part of the IT Operations & Support Center, which provides 24x7 coverage. Staff work in rotating shift pairs to ensure continuous operational support.
The IT Operations Center (ITOC) is responsible for monitoring and resolving issues to ensure the ongoing availability and stability of the client’s production technology environments. On‑shift staff focus on monitoring all systems during overnight and off‑hours, resolving incidents as they arise, and engaging Subject Matter Experts when escalation is required. Analysts are expected to remain current on ITOC operations, assist with significant events as needed, and provide a detailed status handoff to the following day shift regarding overnight activities and system conditions.
The incumbent will serve as a broad‑based IT Analyst, with working knowledge across multiple hardware and software technology platforms used by the client. This role requires regular interaction with IT Operations Center staff, internal IT support groups, business clients, and external stakeholders. Success in this role is driven by the ability to anticipate, identify, and respond to operational technology issues through strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. The Analyst must interpret alerts and signals from a wide range of monitoring tools and quickly initiate or coordinate corrective actions to restore system stability. Additionally, the Analyst will collaborate with other technology professionals and, when required, help direct incident response activities to minimize downtime and ensure the rapid restoration of production services in the client’s technology environment.
