What You Will Be Doing:
- Seeking a proactive and highly motivated Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to support the Worldwide Manufacturing Organization.
- In this role, you will help identify, attract, and engage top early-career and experienced Manufacturing talent—including Technical Program Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, Buyers, Technicians, and related support roles.

- Talent Sourcing & Recruiting
- Source passive and active candidates for these roles using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and critical Manufacturing roles.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, engagement, and pre screening to assess interest and basic qualifications.
- Research market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability within the semiconductor equipment space.
- May also work on requisitions end to end, and make offers to candidates
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, technician/engineer skill sets, geographic needs, and business priorities.
- Support scheduling activities, candidate tracking, and documentation within the ATS.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Track sourcing activity and candidate progress in ATS.
- Provide weekly updates on sourcing pipelines, challenges, and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, or HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn technical terminology related to semiconductor equipment and Field Service work.
- Exposure to or interest in the semiconductor, capital equipment, high-tech manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search, or sourcing tools (academia projects, internships, or self-taught).
- amiliarity with applicant tracking systems.
