As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be at the forefront of implementing and managing advanced systems that keep our organization running smoothly. From optimizing cloud services to ensuring network security and performance, your contributions will enable us to grow confidently in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Located in Cleveland, OH, this contract role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and a talented team of IT professionals.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience managing Cisco or Juniper switches (5+ years) in an enterprise setting
- Strong background designing and implementing network infrastructure, including subnetting and routing (5+ years)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (EC2, EKS, Fargate, CloudWatch)
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)
- Expertise in scripting with Python and PowerShell for automation tasks
- Skilled in administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory
- Experience with server and storage modernization, migrations, and virtualization (VMware)
- Adept at troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing exceptional internal support
- Knowledge of Aruba wireless networks and HPE Aruba Clearpass Policy Manager
- Certifications in VMware, networking, AWS, or Microsoft systems management
- Telecommunications industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, network engineering, and cloud infrastructure
- Proven track record maintaining SLAs and delivering seamless user experiences
