Title: Infrastructure Engineer, Cloud & Infrastructure
Compensation:$50.00 (depending on experience level)

Responsibilities
- Support and enhance enterprise infrastructure services across both cloud and on-premise environments.
- Assist with deployment and maintenance of core infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, virtualization, compute, and storage systems.
- Administer and support cloud workloads hosted in AWS and Azure environments.
- Perform infrastructure upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and vulnerability remediation activities.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot operational issues, and help maintain system reliability and availability.
- Participate in disaster recovery readiness activities, backup validation, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
- Contribute to automation efforts using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Support infrastructure buildouts, expansions, and enterprise technology improvement projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system configurations.
- Provide escalation support and participate in scheduled on-call rotations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
- 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in production environments.
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Azure AD, and virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V.
- Experience supporting Linux-based operating systems including RHEL, Ubuntu, or similar distributions.
- Familiarity with enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery technologies.
- Hands-on experience supporting infrastructure within AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools.
- Understanding of monitoring, patching, system optimization, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced technical environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to operational and change management processes.
- Experience supporting office/site infrastructure deployments or datacenter expansions.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code or configuration management tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms.
- Experience working within high-availability, mission-critical, or highly regulated environments.
- Relevant certifications related to Microsoft, VMware, AWS, or Azure technologies.
