Full Stack Engineer
(Hybrid Dallas, TX area)
W2 Only Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of full stack development experience with scalable web applications
  • Proficiency in Java, especially with Spring Boot frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Experience working with messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus
  • Strong knowledge of databases such as Oracle, Postgres
  • Expertise in building and consuming REST APIs within microservices architectures
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins
  • Experience with testing frameworks like jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium
  • Knowledge of Chaos Testing and SRE best practices for resilient cloud applications
  • Proven ability to guide and mentor junior engineers
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Additional experience with microservices design patterns
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other pipeline tools
  • Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
  • Experience with event-driven architecture
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Over 12 years of professional experience in full stack software development
  • Practical experience in financial or highly regulated industries is a plus
Other Requirements:

  • Must have experience building mid-tier/backend systems, including Java microservices
  • Experience with databases, unit testing, testing frameworks, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile environment
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team
