Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming, particularly Java
- Proven experience in developing API-based solutions using Java Spring Boot
- Deep knowledge of relational database design and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with multiple database platforms, especially Oracle, including stored procedures (PL/SQL) and ETL tools
- Solid understanding of cloud computing with practical experience on AWS or Azure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively
- Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills in a matrix organization
- Experience with WS product offerings and their integration techniques
- Knowledge of metadata-driven system design for high configurability
- Prior experience working closely with external payroll vendors and data integration via APIs/files
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field
- 6-9 years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience in API development, Java Spring Boot, PL/SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure
- This role is back-end heavy, focusing on API, Java Spring, PL/SQL, and Azure expertise
- Willingness to engage in modernization initiatives and collaborate across diverse teams
