- $35/hr. max hourly rate
- 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, OT as necessary
- 4 days a week OnSite, non negotiable

**Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983**
In this role, you will be providing day-to-day and month-end operational support
What You Will Be Doing
- Support month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and general ledger review.
- Assist with financial reporting, consolidations, and reporting package preparation.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support ongoing business initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and accurate financial information.
- Support invoicing, collections, and invoice payment processing.
- Assist with various accounting and finance projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of business experience in accounting or financial analysis role (entertainment / music industry experience a plus, with an interest in music being ideal) and working knowledge of GAAP
- 2+ years relevant experience preparing invoices
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Heavy Excel based position, advanced Excel skills are a must
- Proficiency with other MS applications
- Well organized, detail oriented and proactive with ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines and achieve effective results in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Person should be proactive, well organized, detail oriented and creative thinker that is comfortable with autonomy and self-learning
- SAP experience preferred
