- Pay Rate: $25-29/hr

- Follow export processes that we have in place. Work closely with other Export CSRs and process purchase orders from foreign Agents, customers, or other entities outside of the US.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with freight forwarders, warehouses, and carriers for the shipments.
- Reads the order and prepare the shipment for current order/pallets/ shipment procedure.
- Monitor, track and trace and completely manage these orders and keep key personnel informed of each order status.
- The position will involve heavy data entry and transactional workload that could fluctuate daily, so they must have great organizational skills.
- Track and trace export containers and monitor shipments with the tools we have available to us. There will be a sense of urgency to this process and the information.
- Export knowledge to complete order entry and total order function in the exporting area
- Must have SAP experience and be able to work with Microsoft office systems. This person should be comfortable with moderate level Excel use.
- Must have background knowledge of inventory process and product management, and must have experience with distribution, detailed order entry and shipping.
- Customer service skills, organized, able to multitask, and people-oriented.
- Great communication skills, as they will be communicating with all levels of colleagues and multiple departments within our company.
- Strong knowledge with the exporting process and be experienced with Inco Terms 2020.
- Experience in shipping and distribution, and the overall supply chain and exporting process from the US.
- Basic accounting knowledge and be able to contribute in a corporate setting preferred.
