- Act as liaison between Rochester development team and technology stakeholders.
- Manage embedded development, RF, power electronics, tools, and test equipment within the lab.
- Operate, maintain, and modify RF process?power technology used in product development.
- Troubleshoot issues ranging from equipment failures to complex Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Provide clear, proactive communication and status updates to stakeholders.
- Compile data and prepare assessments for operational meetings and reports.
- Ensure lab compliance and enforce safety standards.
- Solve complex technical challenges using analytical and deductive reasoning.
- Support machining/fabrication and perform circuit debug using oscilloscopes, multimeters, network analyzers, etc.
- Associate degree + 10+ years experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years experience in electrical/RF technical field.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and RF circuits.
- Experience working with complex, multi?subsystem engineering systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem?solving skills.
- Self?motivated with proven ability to meet goals independently.
- Ability to work across multiple teams within established guidelines and policies.
- Experience with LTSpice or similar electrical simulation tools.
- Data collection and analysis using Matlab, Python, or similar tools.
- Strong computer, electrical, and mechanical fundamentals.
- Experience with Linux OS; IT skills are a plus.
- Location: Onsite in Rochester, NY
- Contract Length: 18 Months
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM
- Bill Rate: Max $55/hour
