Long term contract
The Email Operations Specialist will support the delivery of marketing automation campaigns in Marketo, with a strong focus on building high-quality emails and reusable modules. This role will work closely with Marketing and the Email Operations team to execute against a high volume of requests, often with tight turnaround times.
They will be responsible for developing and maintaining email templates, landing pages, and forms, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices. They will also support the smooth execution of end-to-end campaigns.
This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Build and edit emails in Marketo, including creating and updating templates and modules.
Develop email modules using HTML and CSS, ensuring responsive and consistent design.
Create and manage forms and landing pages for campaign use.
Build and maintain complex smart lists to support targeting and segmentation.
Use Marketo tokens to support scalable campaign execution.
Support Marketo integrations, including Salesforce and event/webinar platforms.
Work to tight turnaround times across multiple campaign requests.
Ensure high attention to detail and quality across all deliverables.
Communicate effectively with marketing and technical stakeholders.
Keys to the Position
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo or another Marketing Automation platform. Experience with SF and Adobe is very helpful
- Proven experience building emails, programs, smart lists, and tokens (not just using the tool)
- Experience creating complex audience logic, dynamic lists, and targeting rules
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns with fast turnaround times
- Practical experience with HTML and CSS for email development is helpful
