Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, especially for precision instrumentation, signal conditioning, and IC applications
- Proficiency with schematic capture and simulation tools such as PADS, LTSpice, or similar
- Strong understanding of mixed-signal simulation, PCB layout, and signal integrity
- Knowledge of impedance matching, EMI/EMC standards (RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810/461)
- Experience with power electronics, including AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC conversion
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and results-oriented mindset
- Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT)
- Previous work within the aviation industry
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in analog/mixed-signal design
- Experience designing avionics or aerospace systems is a plus
- Ability to perform hardware testing, troubleshooting, and soldering in both office and lab environments
- Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including layout, mechanical, software, and certification engineers
- Occasional travel may be required for certifications or project coordination
