Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, especially for precision instrumentation, signal conditioning, and IC applications
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and simulation tools such as PADS, LTSpice, or similar
  • Strong understanding of mixed-signal simulation, PCB layout, and signal integrity
  • Knowledge of impedance matching, EMI/EMC standards (RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810/461)
  • Experience with power electronics, including AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC conversion
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and results-oriented mindset
  • Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT)
  • Previous work within the aviation industry
Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in analog/mixed-signal design
  • Experience designing avionics or aerospace systems is a plus
Other Requirements:

  • Ability to perform hardware testing, troubleshooting, and soldering in both office and lab environments
  • Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers
  • Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including layout, mechanical, software, and certification engineers
  • Occasional travel may be required for certifications or project coordination
