Job Responsibilities:
- Review documentation, laboratory reports, and raw data for completeness, mathematical accuracy, and compliance with cGMP and internal procedures.
- Perform data entry, database updates, maintain organized documentation files (electronic and hard copy) and ensure timely release of required reports to internal departments and external partners.
- Serve as liaison for documentation issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contract suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
- Create, revise, and type SOPs, forms, worksheets, and other technical documents from approved specifications.
- Support maintenance and production activities as needed, including organizing and kitting changeover parts.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, perform small repairs and adjustments, and carry out routine daily and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Partner with mechanics and operators to maintain change parts and ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Participate in meetings as needed, including shift tie-in meetings, provide input on parts usage and replacement needs, and support maintenance planning activities.
- Process and store hazardous or flammable materials in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide input to production schedules and assist in coordinating maintenance team activities.
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities within maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively with or without direct supervision and work across plant and warehouse locations as directed.
- Requires associate degree or related experience and thorough understanding of FDA regulations, technical documentation, and maintenance systems.
- Working knowledge of various manufacturing technologies, technical writing, and cGMP practices.
- Preferred experience in lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement tools.
