- Pay Rate: $82-96/hr. (max hourly rate)
- 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday OT as necessary
- 12+ years exp of marketing experience for B2B SaaS companies
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and deliver against pipeline targets, with full accountability for performance and revenue outcomes
- Lead pipeline forecasting and performance management, including tracking vs plan and driving recovery strategies
- Optimize the full funnel: pipeline to opportunity to closed revenue, including conversion rates and deal velocity
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing to align pipeline goals and performance
- Establish and manage KPIs including pipeline volume, conversion rates, deal size, and revenue outcomes
- Identify risks early and implement data-driven recovery plans
- Operate within executive cadences including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and QBRs
- Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong focus on growth, customer or lifecycle marketing
- Proven experience owning pipeline targets and delivering revenue outcomes
- Strong understanding of pipeline and funnel metrics, conversion rates, and forecasting
- Experience participating in pipeline reviews, forecasting cadences, and executive discussions
- Background in enterprise B2B SaaS environments
- Strong cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer Success
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership
- Ability to clearly articulate pipeline targets owned
- Experience forecasting and managing performance
- Strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics
- Demonstrated ability to address performance gaps
- Experience in business reviews and pipeline discussions
