What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and publishing digital content using modern content management tools
- Strong experience with benefits administration, outsourcing, or financial services environments
- Knowledge of Workplace Investing product offerings and their servicing processes
- Excellent business and technical writing skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
- Skilled in conducting quality checks to ensure consistency with style guides and standards
- Effective collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Basic proficiency with MS Office applications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience managing high-volume content production
- Capable of building clear, easy-to-understand content tailored to diverse audiences
- Experience with content automation and process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of content management applications beyond standard MS Office
- Familiarity with internal content strategies or related digital transformation efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in content creation, editing, or digital content management—especially within financial services or corporate environments
