Pay rate: $33/hr
Duration- 6Months + contract
Our client is a global financial services firm that provides asset management, investment banking, and capital markets advisory services.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide technical support for users of desktop hardware and software, including those in remote locations.
- Troubleshoot application issues, such as malware, hard disk failures, and file corruption.
- Support remote access technologies, including VPN, Citrix, and other secure connectivity solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printers, copiers, and related device interfaces.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates, documentation, and closure of support tickets.
- Responsible for hardware and software inventory management
- Coordinate with external technology vendors
- Participate in overtime, weekend, and on-call work as required to maintain service levels.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience within Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and related Microsoft services.
- Support video conferencing (VC) equipment and platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Experience supporting mobile devices.
- Deliver white glove support to VIP and executive users, ensuring high-quality resolutions.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player attitude.
- Self-starter – able to work with minimal supervision.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing desktops, laptops, and printers.
Estimated Min Rate: $23.10
Estimated Max Rate: $33.00
