Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Engineers and Technicians, ensuring the efficient operation of global data center infrastructure.

- Data Center Operations Management:
- Oversee the monitoring, configuration, and support of all global data center infrastructure to ensure a 100% uptime goal and optimal performance.
- Act as the escalation point for all data center activities related to vendor management, colocation management, and break/fix issues, with ultimate responsibility for incident tracking, resolution, and reporting.
- Manage all aspects of production data center operations, ensuring seamless operations and maximum efficiency.
- Capacity Planning and Process Improvement:
- Drive data center capacity planning efforts to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
- Continuously introduce platform improvements through innovative technologies and best practices.
- Project Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison with other departments on projects, initiatives, and programs, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end data center migration projects and other large-scale initiatives.
- Financial and Budget Planning:
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting for data center operations, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
