Title: Customer Experience Representative I
Location: Cedar Falls, IA (must live within ~50 miles)
Schedule: Hybrid — 8 in-office days/month(typically Tuesdays & Wednesdays), Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm
Overview We’re seeking a Customer Experience Representative to serve as a key first point of contact for customers and internal field sales partners. In this role, you’ll support relationship-focused activities, handle service inquiries from minor to complex, and help strengthen long-term customer relationships through excellent communication, documentation, and follow-through.
What you’ll do Customer Support & Service
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day customer and partner inquiries
- Deliver high-quality customer service and help drive department goals
- Document support calls, research issues, and provide timely resolution updates
- Analyze issues and determine the best path to resolution, including account adjustments when appropriate
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend enhancements
- Support Relationship Managers in maintaining and growing account portfolios
- Help execute account-specific marketing/communication efforts and act as a liaison as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and distribution partners
- Represent the organization at events (trade shows, conventions, Field Days, sales meetings), as needed
- Communicate frequently with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders on account status and issues
- Coordinate service actions and related communications with clients and internal teams
- Act as a subject matter resource by sharing information appropriately and professionally
- Customer service experience in a professional or administrative setting (entry-level candidates welcomed)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel(report writing skills a plus)
- Ability to manage time well, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starter approach
- Familiarity with crop insurance and banking products is highly valued (per hiring team)
