Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations in a regulated electronics and manufacturing environment. This role supports the handling and shipment of high-value, precision components, including export shipments, with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, documentation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Logistics Operations
- Supervise daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities
- Prepare bills of lading, export/customs documentation, and shipping labels using SAP
- Set up, schedule, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Schedule and manage export loading appointments
- Track shipments and resolve discrepancies with internal teams
- Record shipping and receiving transactions accurately in the ERP system
- Shipping and export documentation
- Process orders and transaction records
Inventory & Process Control
- Maintain consumable inventories required for daily operations
- Oversee accurate and routine inventory counts, including high-value materials
- Ensure all shipping and receiving SOPs are followed and kept current
- Maintain traceability and documentation consistency in a controlled environment
Safety & Quality
- Safety is the #1 job priority at all times
- Proactively recognize, report, and correct safety issues or deficiencies
- Ensure adherence to documented quality standards
- Perform and document quality audits as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred
- SAP experience required and Basic PC and software skills (email, MS Office)
- Ability to read, understand, and follow operating, safety, and compliance instructions
Estimated Min Rate: $35.00
Estimated Max Rate: $50.00
