Overview
We are actively seeking skilled CNC Machining Professionals to join our growing team. This posting covers multiple roles including CNC Operators, Programmers, Set-Up Technicians, Machinists, Lathe Set-Up, and Boring Mill Specialists. Candidates with experience in any of these areas are encouraged to apply.

- CNC Operator
- CNC Programmer
- CNC Set-Up Technician
- CNC Machinist
- CNC Lathe Set-Up
- CNC Boring Mill Operator/Set-Up
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, boring mills)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications
- Program CNC machines (G-code, CAM software as needed)
- Perform machine adjustments and tool changes
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Experience in one or more CNC roles listed above
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with G-code programming (for Programmer roles)
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, and/or boring mills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
- Multi-axis machining experience
- CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
- Experience with tight tolerance manufacturing
- Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or precision machining environments
