Title: Senior Cloud Engineer – Microsoft 365, Azure & Google Cloud
Compensation:$190,000–$230,000 base salary

Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, and Google Workspace environments.
- Help secure and optimize Microsoft 365 E5 capabilities, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, and Purview.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Implement device-compliance policies, BitLocker key management, application deployment, and endpoint security controls.
- Support Windows Autopilot deployments and certificate-based Wi-Fi initiatives.
- Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, policies, monitoring, patching, and Azure Arc.
- Support identity, SSO, access management, and authentication initiatives.
- Assist with Google Cloud administration, Google Workspace support, and multi-cloud operations.
- Support cloud migrations and provide technical guidance on improving migration efficiency and reliability.
- Partner with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams to support new cloud-based and AI-assisted applications.
- Troubleshoot escalated cloud, endpoint, identity, and security issues.
- Document standards, procedures, and operating practices while helping cross-train existing IT resources.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise systems administration.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure experience.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 E5 security capabilities, including Conditional Access, Defender, and Entra ID.
- Working experience with Google Cloud and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of SSO, identity and access management, device compliance, and endpoint security.
- Experience with Azure subscriptions, resource groups, Azure Arc, patching, and cloud operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or Dynamics 365 is preferred.
- Experience supporting AI-assisted applications or cloud-based application development is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently in a lean, growing environment.
