24 months contract W2- Potential extension
$28.17- $35.21 hourly W2
Hybrid 2x a week onsite in Audubon PA
Required Skills:
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to analyze data and business processes
- Experience with process mapping and documentation best practices
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently
- Detail-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience with security platforms for access control
- Proficiency in Visio or equivalent process mapping tools
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- IIBA certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst, especially in an agile environment
- Demonstrated responsibility growth in BA roles
- Ability to work cross-functionally and in a matrixed environment
- Experience documenting application dependencies and current processes
- Flexibility to support team training and process updates
