About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of a commercial real estate portfolio, including retail, office, and medical properties. This is not a residential property management position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Property Manager in overseeing commercial property operations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and property inspections.
  • Track tenant requests, lease obligations, contracts, and project deadlines.
  • Assist with lease administration, tenant files, renewals, move-ins, and notices.
  • Support invoice processing, budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate vendor bids, tenant improvements, and capital projects.
  • Maintain accurate records using Yardi, Microsoft Office, and related systems.
Qualifications
  • Active Arizona Real Estate License (required).
  • Experience in commercial real estate, property management, brokerage, construction coordination, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Yardi experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
