Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Effective communication skills with clients and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of project management processes, including document control and scheduling
- Ability to manage subcontractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards
- Proficiency with project management software and databases
- Experience with Design-only or EPC projects
- Familiarity with contract administration and cost reporting
- Knowledge of risk management and legal considerations in construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Prior experience supporting or managing construction projects
