What You'll Do:
- Process and code vendor invoices accurately in accordance with company policies
- Handle data entry and maintain all vendor accounts with precision
- Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding inquiries and onboarding processes
- Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation
- Assist with light reconciliation work and other administrative tasks as needed
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles, or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and invoice processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Business Central (365)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- High integrity and a positive attitude
- Experience with vendor onboarding and merger-related vendor management
- Familiarity with reconciling accounts and handling POs and invoices collaboratively with purchasing teams
- Additional experience with audit support or other financial transactions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of relevant accounts payable experience
- This position is primarily in-office, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Ability to work within a team environment and handle sensitive organizational information with confidentiality
