- Pay Rate: $25-30/hr
- ONSITE
- Place orders in SAP to support Technical Support replacements and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely shipment to customers and field staff.
- Manage the return of instruments and products using SAP and other systems. Approximately once per month, you will support on-site customers by coordinating lunches and travel arrangements.
- Handles a variety of administrative responsibilities, including reviewing and routing letters for approval and managing office supplies and related orders.
The Technical Support and Training Center in Parsippany, New Jersey supports on-site customer training for Immunohematology platforms. This location also provides Technical Support phone coverage, maintains Product Support and Training laboratories, and hosts internal training sessions. Our team works collaboratively to support all of these functions at the Parsippany site. - Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers during training sessions
- Provide high-quality support to internal customers placing orders through official systems or requesting items available at the New Jersey office
- Guide internal customers through the proper routing of official correspondence
- Provide on-site support for office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, receiving shipments, and general administrative tasks
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing workflow, efficiency, and documentation
- Document messages from customers for Technical Support in times of low staffing, using Microsoft Dynamic 365 and SalesForce.com.
- 3+ years of customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills preferred
- 3+ years of experience with SAP required
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce.com, DocuSign, Power Automate, and Teams Agents is a plus
