Administrative Assistant Administrative Support / Scheduling / Office Coordination Overview Seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support leadership and assist with day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for leadership and team members.
  • Organize meeting logistics, team events, offsite activities, and other departmental functions.
  • Serve as a primary administrative point of contact, facilitating communication between leadership, employees, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support departmental operations by tracking action items, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and provide general support for onboarding, team communications, and organizational activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting managers, directors, or leadership teams.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or departmental activities.
  • Familiarity with onboarding, HR support, or general office operations.


Estimated Min Rate: $15.00
Estimated Max Rate: $20.00
