Product Support Engineer - Software Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Product Support Engineer - Software to join our client in Portland, OR.

Job Responsibilities:

- Product Support Engineer role will encompass all aspects of the technical support in a 24/7/365 operation.
- Product Support Engineer will conduct training on problem issues.
- Product Support Engineer will coordinate the creation of content, publish training online, and deliver the training.
- Product Support Engineer will conduct monthly analysis and reporting of Chats / emails on volumes and satisfaction surveys.
- Product Support Engineer will interface with other team members to help with web content creation and update CMS docs, sighting replication.
- Product Support Engineer will handle escalations from Call Center, reproduce escalations, create a sighting ticket and own the ticket to resolution.
- Edit / review / promote articles created by team members.

Job Qualifications:

- Knowledgeable in VisualForce, APEX and or Salesforce integration.
- Must be able to balance workload requests and prioritize tasks.
- Must have ability to adjust communication style and content as needed for audience (consumer, developer, support agent, engineer, marketing, and / or operations).
- Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written communication and customer orientation skills.
- Previous experience in app support or app development is preferred.
- Experience supporting software in consumer or developer environment.
- Experience driving product issue escalations in multi-GEO, multi-language support centers.
- Experience communicating and documenting product issues for engineering investigation.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday as a normal work schedule; provide 24 hour on call support during weekends and holidays.
