- This position works in conjunction with the supply chain and vendors to accurately depict any shortfalls in planning at the supplier sites to ensure a steady pipeline of inventory accounting for 80% of our annualized cost of goods sold.
- You will also manages the liability cap to ensure liability amounts are accurately reflected to meet our business needs in which we would not be obligated to purchase materials from suppliers that were inappropriately planned for lessening the burden and turn around for ECO's cutovers or downturns in business.
- Responsible for warranty and non-warranty repair orders both external and internal.
- External repairs are to be managed by this position from the point of found defectiveness to the shipment to the vendor in which the material must be gathered, delivered and packaged along with shipment documents processed so that the buyer for the material can take over responsibilities once it leaves our dock.
- Responsible for internal re-work jobs which involve getting the material to the appropriate locations to be re-worked along with creating re-work job orders so that it can be handed off to production control.

Job Qualifications:

- Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field.
- Prefer candidates with three to five (3-5) years experience in production and material control years.
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills, great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience using automated materials management systems (MRP) to manage production activity in a discrete assembly environment.

Preferred Job Skills / Experience / Knowledge:

- Knowledge of SAP and an APICS Certification is preferred
- Experience in a "pull/kanban" environment is a definite plus.
