Job Responsibilities:

- Implement innovative candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs.
- Work with company-wide business strategy to fill talent gaps.
- Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities.
- Build healthy talent communities that include a strong number of targeted candidates.
- Capability to execute and assist with assessing the productivity of comprehensive search strategies.
- Provide digital/unique strategies for social platforms and communities including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Vine, etc.
- Participate in the development of unique content for all brands social media platforms this includes daily posts, copy, photos and video.
- Identify opportunities, tools and trends in the social space and recommend the best course of action with justifiable metrics.
- Work closely with Corporate Communications in activating the marketing mix by developing social media plans and promotions.
- Manage and maintain access to information and data on the on-site website(s)/portal(s) and other media.
- Respond to feedback, recommend and coordinate usability and technical improvements/changes.

Job Qualifications:

- (BA/BS) Bachelor of Arts or Science - Preferably in IT or Communications / Marketing.
- One to three (1-3) years of brand and lifestyle marketing experience and passion for living in the social media space.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate the various software functions, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook.
