- Act as lead auditor during self-inspections (including all prep, day of and follow up activities.
- Complete general compliance activities including but not limited to regulatory gap assessments and SOP revisions
- Reports monthly KPI/KQI's for self-inspections.

Job Qualifications:

- BS Life Science or Engineering discipline.
- Must have experience leading, planning, scheduling and following up on audits.
- Thorough understanding of auditing techniques and practices is required.
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) designation is an asset.
- Should have experience performing gap assessments of regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience within biotechnology / pharmaceutical / vaccine industry.
- Strong knowledge of EU, FDA and cGMP regulations.
- Knowledge and experience in the manufacture and control of vaccines, sterile product manufacturing, biological processes, and laboratory operations are required.
- Strong ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization up to Senior Management.

Job Qualifications:

- B.S. degree in science with three (3) years or more directly related laboratory experience or equivalent education experience combination
- BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other closely related scientific field
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Advanced knowledge of analytical chemistry and organic chemistry a plus
- Prefer HPLC experience
