<br> &bull; Maintain knowledge of the business supported and market demographics <br/>
<br> &bull; Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR management to ensure hiring requirements are met <br/>
<br> &bull; Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process <br/>
<br> &bull; Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts <br/>

<p><strong><b> KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: </b> </strong></p>

&bull; Prior experience recruiting for Production, Broadcast Ops and Digital Media recruiting background preferred <br/>
<br> &bull; Demonstrated success in the recruitment of  Media and Entertainment professionals <br/>
<br> &bull; Strong Internet sourcing, creative resume mining, and excellent networking referral experience required <br/>
<br> &bull; Excellent MS Office Skills, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word are required. <br/>
<br> &bull; Thorough knowledge of creating Boolean Search Strings and using X-ray techniques are required. <br/>
<br> &bull; Previous experience using ATS systems. Virtual Edge experience preferred. <br/>
<br> &bull; Effectively communicate with team, candidates and clients. <br/>
<br> &bull; Ability to create effective sourcing strategies is required. <br/>
<br> &bull; Must be willing to cold call into competitors to find talent and create pipelines.<br/>
